mushion22: I randomly flew to auckland last night to meet up with my sister then nate/cisconz/scottjpalmer/sbiddle/richard and their other halves... good times. Be warned those south of the bombays: wear dress shoes when going out in Auckland CBD. :S

mushion22 is a legend.  Don't anyone disagree.  Good example for the rest of you Wellingtonians!

Right this minute, in bed, eeepc on belly and and my 3rd okta touch which has just got the scrambled graphics predictive text thing for the second time tonight - FAIL, I have just cooked a new vanilla "no-i-candy" rom for it so will reload that tomorrow and cross fingers..

Earlier tonight had very detailed conversation about Wellington's hideous traffic and horrible overcrowding on the public transport and ways to improve it with moveable lanes in the terrace tunnel and a ring m'way around by the waterfront.

I'm sitting in my office looking out the window at the horribly grey/black cloud coming my way.  Also listening to TWiT and flipping through a dozen or so tabs in Firefox while I ease into my day of work.

Finished installing NOD32 in all five servers, plus the remote administration. Also installed SQL Sentry to monitor the databases and finished configuring Hamachi in one new machine.

And still have to work on the Twitter integration...

Good boy, using NOD32 is a wise move :)

Anyway, as for me, I'm currently cursing/hating/about-ready-to-take-a-grinder-to the radar at work. Its doing really odd things, which I think a couple of earthquakes this morning might have caused. Its so bad the metservice are not using it at the moment for weather monitoring, and if it gets worse, I won't be using it to track weather balloons!

I'm also hating the Tour of Southland, and its blocking of roads, and general noisyness with the idiots on loudspeakers attached to cars...
