Tablespoon yellow mustard

 

 

 

Mix well and paste over a grilled burger bun

 

Add meduim rare smashed pattie with melted cheese, white onion and pickle........epic

There was a lot of things I thought I couldn't live without until I started trying to eat healthier.. I was quite surprised that I can in fact live without lollies, chocolate, chips/crisps, choccie biccies, etc.

 

I think the one thing I haven't and couldn't give up is Pizza and I'm not worried about what's on it.. $5 ones from Dominos, home made, fancy 'you want how bloody much' ones, they are all delicious in their own unique ways. Doesn't matter if it's got seafood, anchovies, olives, spaghetti, pineapple, I'll eat it :-P

Put it in the butter conditioner to keep it softish in winter

 A treat for me is when Mrs penguino goes out for a few hours and the TV finally goes off.

 

Then out comes elpenguino's collection of phat beats, a coffee gets made, the stereo goes on (the volume may be a little higher than other times) and couple of hours on the couch can pass very nicely.




Most of the posters in this thread are just like chimpanzees on MDMA, full of feelings of bonhomie, joy, and optimism. Fred99 8/4/21
