Next, you'll be claiming pineapple on pizza is edible.

Pineapple is not edible on anything . I will take this opportunity to state for the record that Watties Spaghetti is fantastic on Pizza. It just is and there is no viable argument to the contrary.

Back in the day...

On Tuesday night [Bill] English cooked dinner for his family – a 1980s rural Kiwi classic: tinned spaghetti and pineapple pizza.

How could he? how could he do that dreadful thing and desecrate the sanctity of spaghetti Pizza with *shiver* pineapple oh the attack on humanity

As for lemon flavoured curry I asked my wife and she tells me that we would never know as she make curries from scratch. She doesn't like Vencat powders which is very sad.

I don't mind Pineapple on Pizza and I don't mind Spaghetti, but together, not something I would seek out. I would eat it if it was all that was on offer, but I can think of better combinations.

When my son was serving in East Temor his unit on one evening had craving for Pizza. In Tilomar there was not a lot of options so they improvised, pooled their resources and made pizza with Bred for the base, tinned spaghetti, Spam and slightly grated cheesed. They garnished the Pizzas when finished with an assortment of sweets and candy we had sent in a care pack.

.... and also raise my hand in support of Watties Spaghettis cousin the humble and polite(sometimes) Baked Beans.

I don't mind their Baked Beans and sometimes have one of their little kiddie-cans on toast for breakfast - but I find it a bit too sweet. I put a dash of Tabasco in it - or Kaitaia Fire is better.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

For breakfast? good lord the most I can cope with is a smoothie or a glass of Up and Go

Have you heard of bacon and eggs - apparently they go well together and are becoming quite a thing. There's also talk of a new fad referred to as Full English.

I have and in my youth I loved it. However since becoming disabled a couple of decades back my ability to eat solid food in the morning has gone. I don't recall however being able to digest Tabasco  sauce in the morning, you Sir must have a cast iron digestive system.

Coriander is delicious.

There, I said it.

I LOVE CORIANDER! It is the principal ingredient I use for all my spice blends. You also can't beat the fresh form either - cilantro.

Back to the OP question. Lime juice / lime zest is the critical ingredient in most curries / spice blends etc.

I really hate cucumber and that horrid taste. You can guarantee it his secretly hidden inside of your burger!!!

May I recommend Japanese curry? As far as I remember there isn’t any coriander and doesn’t have citrusy flavours unless you buy one of the alternate flavour boxes.

Not sure why you make this distinction. Cilantro isn't the fresh form of coriander - it's just what they call coriander in the US and some other places. Dried coriander (cilantro) is not a patch on real, fresh coriander (cilantro).

I actually ask for extra coriander on top of my curries, when I have the option.

Same. I love the stuff.

Unless it wasn't physically possible to get any, Guac would never be made without it in my house either.

I am fortunate though, that none of my household dislike it.
