Much as I'd love to claim I'd like to win this TV for a good cause, actually I'd like to win this tv as I'm a cheap bugger and free sounds pretty damn cheap to me.

I'd love to use a TV like this with its crisp, deep-toned picture quality for a second preview screen when filming video clips. It's great to show a client how they look on a camera monitor, but a big display like the LG 42" would be even better.

Cookie Monkey and Darth Potato Head are sick of watching The Chase and all the other linear broadcast rubbish as this 112 year old 32" Samsung TV lost all its marbles a few years ago and is no longer smart. They want to watch Disney+ and Netflix in all its 4K gloriness.

Umm yes, that is a VHS unit underneath but let's not talk about that.

I haven't watched free-to-air TV for 8 years - lousy programs, too many adverts, grotty 2012-vintage 32" TV.

Maybe the programs have improved?  🙃

It would make my wife very happy. I could watch the golf in the spare room while she watches her programs in the main living room

Would use it as dedicated screen for a turtlebeach racing setup (great jb-ifi deal last week!).

The LG TV would be ideal to expand on and create a more immersive experiance.

I haven’t bitten the bullet to buy anything OLED yet, but I’d love to hook up my LCD Steam Deck to an OLED screen and see the colors pop in some of my favorite games.
It would be the perfect excuse to start another run in Baldur’s Gate 3 or drop into Helldivers 2!
