RedJungle: I've got ERR4O4 with a caption 'Plate not found.'

If you lock your keys in the car, your plate should change to ERR403.

You mean something like when his dog locks the car with the keys inside?

RedJungle: What about when your dog does it?

You let Obi drive your car? How very trusting of you.

Saw DNS53 once. Don't know if it was geeky or just luck.

If I was going to get one (hopefully my brain won't fall out) I'd get BGP179

Audiophiles are such twits! They buy such pointless stuff: Gold plated cables, $2000 power cords. Idiots.

OOOHHHH HYPERFIBRE!

I saw NZDATA cruising past my truck on the j'ville-porirua motorway today...

http://www.carjam.co.nz/car/?plate=nzdata

Owning a BMW M6 with 500hp he really should be out doing more than 11kms a day!

And don't get me started on what google navigation calls "Porirua"

If you can afford a car worth $250K, you can afford to drive it!

Currrently holidaying around Golden Bay and saw a Chelsea Tractor with 'GOGEEK'on it.

My slow brain has still not decoded quite a few of the plates mentioned in this thread but I suspect this just shows that I lack essential Geekiness.

Cheers

Saw EllMC2 this morning in Wellington. Sure I've seen the BDFL's motor in town at some point as well...

I saw "31337" in auckland a few years ago.

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. Just saw 0 RCS on a landrover near Queenstown which was doing some kind of commercial safari.

[Would like to be the mechanic who took the head off and could then say "Lord, look at the state of the rings!"]

Ho hum.

err403 is access forbidden.  the dog locking the car is more like a err500 - internal server error :P

I hope they've implemented IPv6 already!

I saw a JAYPEG when I was stuck in traffic the other day and thought of this thread. Couldn't tell if the driver was into computer graphics or not. Or whether his name was Jay and he shared the car with his wife Peg.
