haha! i bought a couple from them as well. I bought 2 versions, the Power IQ and the first model that had different ports for different devices. The Power IQ model had faulty ports and that died out on me whereas the first model with the different USB ports is still going strong. Contacted Anker and they sent a new one out to my USA address straight away! got a relative there who collects all my amazon shopping for me to collect when i visit!!

Likewise. Supplier "Mandy DeYoung" says it appears missing in transit and offered to resend or refund. As I ordered (and received) another unit at the same time that was shipped from amazon I asked for a refund. Heard nothing since.

If I recall correctly, that must've been the $19.99USD special with free shipping to NZ? Not sure if it sounded too good to be true.

Correct. There was a tracking number supplied but that showed completed delivery (no idea where to) weeks prior to expected delivery date so figure they either supplied a bogus number or it was only tracked as far as the US border.

Mine hasn't been delivered either. I have message in to the seller.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Same, same for me from Mandy DeYoung.

Total scam by the looks of it, recent feedback posted about the seller by other buyers suggest this also.

I received a few emails but communications ceased after I agreed to receive a refund from him/her.

I just filed a claim through Amazon and (to my pleasant surprise) my account got credited with a US$19.99 'gift card' straight away.  I suggest others to do likewise.  I suspect that if/when it does arrive it is likely to be counterfeit anyway and given that it's mains powered I'm wary about its safety.

Did Eric Clapton really think she looked wonderful...or was it after the 15th outfit she tried on and he just wanted to get to the party and get a drink?

I think ashippinger.com is a fake site - the tracking number supplied is too short to fit the airmail norms, and the site comes up with delivered in a very quick time when any real tracking site takes forever as it hits up all the other carriers to get the status. Im hoping that this bogus tracking that shows delivered doesnt affect my claim with amazon.

You should be fine, mine was the same.  I opted for the gift card by way of refund and that was credited to my account on the spot, then an hour or so later I received this email.

Amazon:
This notice serves as confirmation that your Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee claim was granted since you have opted to receive an Amazon.com Gift Card.
Order #: 002-xxxxxxx

An Amazon.com Gift Card of $19.99 has been added to your Amazon.com account and is available for your future purchases. You can check your account balance at https://www.amazon.com/gp/css/gc/payment/view-gc-balance

We are glad this issue has been resolved.

In our efforts to continuously improve our platform, we may solicit additional information regarding this claim from you. This, however, will not impact the grant decision we have made on this claim.

Best Regards,
Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee Program

I think that's what my first order came to. That was delivered without issue.

Already spent my Amazon supplied credit..

Had the mail from Mandy McBS saying it's lost so waiting on amazon to do the credit.

Have to wonder what these scammers are doing. Guess enough people leave it and don't dispute to make it worthwhile.

I ordered a 5-port unit from a seller on AliExpress and it arrived remarkably quickly, and appears to be the genuine article.  Amazon would not allow me to send it to NZ, hence AliExpress.
HOWEVER, this emptor didn't caveat enough -- had I drilled down into the fine print on the Amazon website, I would have discovered that what Anker means by "charges all your devices" means "changes some of your devices" -- there are a bunch of devices including some ithings and, critically, ASUS tablets (for which I bought the Anker unit) that it will not charge.
I assumed that sufficient amps was the criterion, but apparently not -- "IQ" charging not very bright, I suspect.
Good for our Galaxy phones, though.
Impressed with Alixpress, the first time!

Anyone got a spare they don't need, I'd like a second but can't be bothered waiting for it from the US.
