I used to have an office next to and overlooking a rail siding that ran through to a chicken stock (and soup) factory. Not sure how they got away with it from a food hygiene perspective, but open-top rail-wagons loaded with several zillion chicken feet would roll by on a regular basis. Probably not what most people imagine as the primary ingredient in chicken stock/soup, but as I discovered later in Asia, also quite delicious if deep-fried quickly in very hot oil until they puff up to about the consistency of somewhere between a corn-chip and a cheesel - you can eat them, bones, sinews, claws and all.

What do you mean by this? The promote their "Real Stock" as being made like you'd make it at home (though obviously on a different scale). Do you mean there's no "beef" in the ingredients? Or just that it's made from concentrate?
