Yup. Our dog scares the hell out of any delivery people. They refuse to come to the door.

He wouldnt hurt a flea tho. (Hence why hes getting eaten by them atm, sigh)

Once you've been introduced, hes a big slobbery goober. Say hi to our stupid lab. Aggressive as a tadpole.

Our recently deceased and much missed Hungarian Vizsla put on a good show, but if you had wanted to burgle the place, bringing biscuits would probably have secured his assistance in carrying our stuff out to your van...!

You really have to wonder why landlords continue their relationship with tenants like that. There is a huge shortage of rental properties in many of our cities, so they surely wouldn't have any trouble finding more responsible tenants.

I suspect that maybe the property is being managed by one of those cowboy 'property managers', and the landlord has no idea what's actually going on.

I suspect potentially also the issue previously mentioned of the difficulty and time frames involved in evicting tenants, dodgy or otherwise. It has been considered to get hold of the property owners and advise them of the issues. Certainly if they escalate things again, that will be something I'll look into.

You need to get your landlords phone number. When the noise is still going at 1am, give the landlord a call .

This probably worked better back in the old days. When call blocking was harder to setup.

I remember the dog was very wilful. The male owner, the Harley owner, called it over and it wouldn't come.

It eventually did, and he grabbed it by the collar, said "damn dog", slapped/punched it in the face, and dragged it indoors.

I'm sure it was a lesson for the dog: don't trust the master.

I hope he hasn't had children.

Maybe, but from all accounts people who behave like this are the sort of people who don't pay their rent on time and have several weeks in arrears.

Ge0rge: We literally have hundreds of people living next door, and they are fantastic neighbours - every single one. They're quiet, tidy and all keep to themselves. New people move in on a regular basis, the lawns are kept tidy as well as the gardens.

We're rural, with a cemetery on one boundary :D

Not a fair comparison because they aren't 'living' there! Lol.
