sbiddle: ...Exactly. The TCF and Spark are fuelling a crime fad and quite simply ignorant of what they're doing....

 

They are probably quite aware of what they are doing - which is undermining confidence in the 2nd hand market which forces people to buy only new items from a trusted (Spark) retailer.

 

It is win-win for Spark.

Maintaining 100% positive feedback is hard work - but that's important when choosing who to buy from.   Remember that many people on TradeMe will avoid placing negative feedback to protect their own 100% rating - they choose to swallow the odd dead rat.
