Not always the case, but yes it is often the case, and Temu don't have the same selection. But AliExpress charge for shipping on top of the price, so can often end up more expensive. Plus often a far longer wait time.

 

Choice deals are shipped with aliexpresses own stuff and is fast as, and many things are free if the order is over $16 or so.
