This is how I got a free BBQ. The driver told me that if I didn't accept it, he would unload it and leave it on the berm outside my house, his job was to deliver it and by God he would deliver it. When called, the company denied sending it to us and refused to come and collect it (since they didn't believe it had been sent in the first place). That was about seven or eight years ago and it's still going strong cooking my sausages and steaks to this day.
In any case, looking forward to the "For Sale" post after ten days.... document everything!

Make sure you have a copy or photo of the docket if you are not given a duplicate - you will need to ensure the daes are correct.

Years ago I had a broken Alienware 14 (https://murfy.nz/2016/01/14/dell-alienware-incredible-service-fail/) that was hell to get repaired.
Dell offered me a new Alienware to replace it. They sent out not one, but 3 Alienware laptops as a replacement, and didn't provide me instructions to send my old (faulty) one back.
I contacted them multiple times to try and get 3 laptops back to them (my original laptop plus 2 of the new builds) with zero success. They refused to believe they sent 3 $3000 laptops to me. I logged every call and email to them. At the 14 day mark of contacting them almost daily I just left it and never heard anything back from them again.
2 of those laptops I got went out to people who needed a decent laptop and couldn't afford to buy one. My old one I repaired myself with parts I got and sold on here.
It seems to happen often with Dell. I'll be happy to take 2 of those monitors off your hands when they arrive (thankyou!) 😂
