I rang and apparently it hasn't been posted yet, despite being told it had.  They are done in a group (as the ceremony would have been).  Anyway I have been able to apply for my passport without the Realme verification, which I wasn't aware of.

Did you receive any email informing you about the passport dispatch or did it arrive out of the blue?

New update from Citizenship website "The oldest applications now being assessed were submitted in February 2021." so it is seems most of January 2021 got an outcome 

I am still waiting them to update unlocated application table to show how many unallocated application remain per month.

Seems DIA is back to the old business i.e. no processing happening. They have highlighted that the table gets updated every week.

I have been tracking the numbers every week and can say that the numbers are NOT changing AT ALL.

Has the February processing started yet?

Smells of some extremely 'dirty' business going on.

Table is a bit misleading , I think they added this way because misunderstand one of the Fyi request, the table show total unlocated applications on certain day  , unfortunately it is kind of useless information to know where is the queue , they already working on Feb application and some people start getting approval or confirm details email. I think some of March Paper application start to get allocated too.

I expect almost all processing staff has been on Christmas leave (certainly until the start of this week).  Other than for urgent work, DIA, like most agencies, probably had a 2-week shutdown.  Nothing dirty about that, annual leave for staff is an employment right in this country.

most people applied on Feb already got officer allocated , some start to get confirm details email according to other forum , maybe within 2 weeks you will get one

I think most of people got case officer already ,maybe even your one , it just take some processing before getting confirm details email
