It's not uncommon to see TM property listings mention "RC issued, BC issued, vendor wants to sell".  Why would someone go through the cost and hassle of getting all the paperwork done and then decide "nah, I'll sell it instead".  And, conversely, why would someone say "instead of sorting out my own build to be what I want, lets adopt someone else's abandoned one"?

Run out of money to do it as things have doubled in price since they started it.

What's up with phobias?

They just seem so...irrational.

I have a snake phobia. Even the word makes me cringe. Seeing a photo triggers an adrenalin response. I absolutely hate the way media use snake images to provoke emotional responses. Over time I have learned to control it in the sense that I don't run away screaming or faint but I still get a very unpleasant shock reaction. I really wish people would have more respect for that.

I have a customer who a spoken word of a rodent can make her light headed. We have learned to work with her by referring to her computer control device as a 'pointer'.

She must have really freaked out at the Rapid Antigen Tests during COVID.

Developers. Feasibility no longer stacks up. What made sense in 2021 due to stupid low interest rates no longer makes a profit.

I was going to give my kids a bone/stone that they could sand down.

I recall doing it at school, where our teacher asked us to draw or choose a design, then someone cut it into that rough shape, and then we had to sand and polish.

I am unsure what to search for for someone to do something like that :)

If you wanted to start right from scratch, may I suggest the local butcher? Ask for some cattle bones. Boil them for a while to render everything off them - outside on the bbq I would recommend, unless you want to end up sleeping outdoors! Or bury them in the garden for a while and let the worms to the work, unless you have a dog. If you want them really white, put them on the shed roof for a bit once boiled to bleach in the sun.

Does anyone use the filtered “Focused” view in Outlook or the Categories view in the updated mail app on iPhones?

If I receive an email it needs to be actioned. Junk is already blocked/filtered.

I was getting annoyed with that a few days ago. Is there any way to turn it off? It would seem both of the switch options show differing views, and neither are just "all my emails".

Just wait a week and it'll disappear again.  Then two weeks later it'll reappear but in a different configuration.  Then another week later the icon/button to control it will have moved elsewhere where you can't find it.

(OK, this should really be in the annoy thread).

View ->Show Focused Inbox for Outlook

“…” -> List View on iPhone.

Visited someone in a resthome and helped him to set up some apps on the TV which seemed to be running android TV.  I added Tubi from Google play and it worked fine and he watched a movie.

Came home and decided to add to my android Tv box. Couldn’t get past the age verification. Checked on the SamsungTV, it’s a loaded app, not working there either.

Any thoughts?

Age verification is obviously rejecting you because you're not >65. The app is seniors-only.
