if you apply by paper application , you will get approval letter by post instead of email most of times , I got one by post only

I also received ceremony email with certificate print date

email received 1 march

not received any approval email

Applied mid march wellington branch paper application

confirm details 3 feb

Additional documents requested exactly after 3 weeks.

And no approval email direct certificate generate date email

So they forgot your approval email. Did they say when your certificate will be printed?

yes no approval email, just email from citizenship ceremony team and it has date of printing on it.

Just checked my letter box guess what, found approval letter :)

thanks guys this page really helped a'lot, it was long 1 year but finally made it.

I emailed them once I get my approval letter , they told me when they will print it or become effective , It will be this Friday for me ,

just email ceremony team CitizenshipCeremonies@dia.govt.nz with your details , Name , address , date of birth and application number
