BurningBeard:   it'd have sucked to have sat there just filming the show instead of enjoying it

This ^^^ Is what I don't get.....

Why people pay hundreds of dollars to stand there watching it on a 2" screen....?!

Sooooo many people had their cellphone in the air, trying to either take pics or record video.

*** There will always be professionals taking pics and video at a gig like this = don't bother with your phone - just enjoy what you paid for

Plus, everyone gets a better view

Yeah it's just stupid. It's as if people go to things just to show it off on Facebook and Youtube.

It can't be very satisfying for a band to play to an audience where half of them are just standing there with their cellphones in the air.

The footage you end up seeing SUCKS! Plus it's a lack of courtesy towards the other punters.

I sat with my camera rested on a barrier upstairs and enjoyed the show.

My very metal Doctor Who theme
