Handle9:... Every lawyer I've dealt with when there are commercial conflicts asks "Can you solve this without me?" They know that it's going to be costly and don't want you as their client to waste a ton of cash...

 

Yeap! Best advice my lawyer ever gave me was "If you are withing $20K of each other, then just settle because $20K is the minimum it will cost you to take it to court".

 

I kept using that lawyer cos I knew he wasn't trying to milk me for cash.

New Zealand Technology Group and Engage Technology have resolved all actions against each other in all jurisdictions.

 

Engage Technology will be continuing to serve Taylor Communications and Waspnet customers under the merged brand Gecko Broadband. 
Engage Technology will be continuing to serve home and small business IT customers nationally under the Need-A-Nerd brand in cooperation with its regional franchisees.
