I'll jump on the bandwagon and also put my hand up for a couple of monitors, but I'm sure this won't eventuate, either they won't be delivered, or Batman won't have the time to deal with shipping monitors all over NZ! 😀

Sure can, although their sales model blurs the line between retailer and manufacturer (which for the purpose of the Act includes importers or distributors), and the retailer has the option of providing a refund as a means of resolution. So I guess that means a refund of $0.
