I'd previously posted in the forum seeking help with buying an entry level dashcam>

We still don't have one so this would be perfect.

Currently using a dated Itronics ITB-100HD. Definitely time for an upgrade!

I currently do not have one, would be great to have one. Especially as I have a kid on the way

I have this Transcend in my old Outback (currently for sale), but looking for a new one for my new Colorado.

It's already paid for itself in saved excess when some muppet cut me up.

I thought that I would go out and take a photo of my Dashcam, so out I went, and remembered that I don't have one. The closest I have to a dashcam is my photographic memory, which I was also going to take a photo of, but I can't remember where I left my camera ...

...honey why I am I looking for my camera

Yes please, add me into the draw for this bad boy, I drive over Hayward's SH58 (known to be a bad stretch of road) and it can be dam scary and I am sure it is only a matter of time before I get something good for the next local dashcam reality show... I used to have one from the warehouse (I forget what it was) which was actually quite good except the thing broke on me twice so I had to return it, and then I was only driving SH2 in and out of Wellington which was fairly tame except for the odd one or two crazy incidents...

I have a B40/A118. It's not bad, but fairly basic.
'Er indoors needs a proper dashcam to document "how it wasn't her fault ... this time" and I think the Navman MiVue is just the job to do it!

Mandatory dashcam pic attached:

Don't have a dashcam. While I don't need one, my daughter will soon have her restricted licence and this could be useful to check on her driving :-)

After some very quick down changes, locking up and skid marks on a slightly wet road, it could have been very useful to have a camera if I hit the car in front that stopped suddenly in a 100km zone to let a bird cross the road.

My current setup = 👀

This piece of junk, despite an OK-ish brand-name, hasn't really worked properly since day one.

I did tape it to a kite once to use it as a poor-man's drone.
