Not buried under a pallet of monitors, gagged and bound in the back of the delivery truck or the victim of a hit put out by Dell.

 

i didn't give much thought to this yesterday, either my driveway is blocked with 2 storeys of monitors, or they agreed to my request to return to sender.

 

as of end of business yesterday, nothing showed up.

 

let me give it a few days ....

 

(if there were to send me 60 XPS laptops in the future, i 100% know what to do now!)

Shipping company signed for shipment with fake signature (started during Covid lockdowns, still seems to occur).

 

Shipping company staff are getting Dell monitors to take home as a bonus. 

 

Dell still has no idea.

yes but i have a paper trail of emails and my text message to the truck driver.

 

i'm very happy if the truck driver sorted it out, i don't care if they took all the monitors, i'm not the least concerned!

well i thought that went away quietly but i just got a call today from a truck driver wanting to deliver 2 pallets of dell computers ...

 

blindsided this time because i have had no comms from anyone

i'm not joking. no idea who is sending me these things but hopefully i can keep returning to sender and maybe someone will look into it. calling Dell is useless as they have no idea.
