I was getting ready to start looking at replacements for my late 2013 MacBook Pro which I still use daily.

Well, that plan has been put on hold now, until I actually need something!

The damn thing just keeps on going, complete with the original battery which still manages three hours of light-use runtime! I've definitely got my money's worth out of this machine.

looks like the prices only updated today after lunch.

Glad I got my new Apple TV a couple of months ago, instead of waiting for the rumoured update.
Wouldn't want to pay inflated prices for a streaming box.

Just got a refurbished Apple TV direct from the Apple NZ store. It arrived last Friday and I got it at the old price. I must have just beat the price rise of $120 for a refurbished one.

I was tired of waiting for the rumoured new one, so I bought one now with thoughts of getting the new one to upgrade my second device if/when it is released.

Now that the price has shot up so much, I may stick with what I have got.

It was just a moment we were all subconsciously expecting!

I was looking to buy a MB Neo - the day before the price hikes too - was happy to sleep on it for a week or two. Kind of regret that now!

Ditto - iPad is passing through AKL today with DHL. Sat on "waiting to dispatch" for many days.

I’m needing to update my trusty 7th gen iPad it’s been great . $900 for the cheapest iPad is nuts I’m seriously thinking of swapping to a Samsung tab. Most of our phones are all Apple, Apple TVs , 4 iPads, Mac mini. The cost is just way to high, manly for surfing when watching tv
