I'd mount it on the kitchen wall in front of our dining table, so we don't have to twist our necks to watch the main TV while we eat.

My 8 year old JVC still works dandy,  but only via terrestrial.  A Smart TV would be a really big step up and make life so much more connected.

Definitely for me to play my PS5 games! A perfect match for the 4K gaming! It is also a good choice for streaming TV shows!

I'd use it replace multiple existing 1080p screens, and eliminate the need to arrange them in the correct orientation.

"I regret to say that we of the F.B.I. are powerless to act in cases of oral-genital intimacy, unless it has in some way obstructed interstate commerce." — J. Edgar Hoover

"Create a society that values material things above all else. Strip it of industry. Raise taxes for the poor and reduce them for the rich and for corporations. Prop up failed financial institutions with public money. Ask for more tax, while vastly reducing public services. Put adverts everywhere, regardless of people's ability to afford the things they advertise. Allow the cost of food and housing to eclipse people's ability to pay for them. Light blue touch paper." — Andrew Maxwell

If I was fortunate to win the 42 inch LG OLED television, I would rewatch all my favourite bluray movies, which would be like seeing them all over again for the first time on such and amazing television like this one.

I would gift it to my son who loves gaming. He has a really old LG TV and I am sure he would love to get the most out of his Xbox with a great new display. He would also have an upgrade for his TV viewing.

It would go perfect in my home office. Love to have Coronation St going in the background while I'm helping people with their IT problems.

New, bigger and brighter community digital noticeboard for our library - used for live community information, videos and emergency management. Content is remotely managed, and I plan to use a camera based image recognition system to allow people outside the library window to control with gestures. May also include Meshtastic connection to allow messages to be uploaded even if internet / mobile networks etc. are down.

Our old 42" in the kids/front room is dying, the backlight keeps going off.

We are just finishing off the build for a new garage including home office/spare bedroom, and we are just starting to think of a TV for out there.

42" is exactly what we are planning on, and the budget is a bit tight so this would certainly help.

We are shopping for a new TV at the moment - I managed to severely injure our existing (and ageing) TV when moving it to do a bit of work on the wall behind. Turning out to be an expensive mistake 😭

So it goes.

That said, the current OLEDs do look amazing alongside our current rig, a huge improvement.

I am putting the OLED straight in the lounge so my toddler thinks Bluey is trapped inside. While she negotiates her release, I will finally be able to finish drinking coffee that isn't cold.

It’s not actually for me -  I’d love this for a close friend who’s been going through a tough time.

They’ve got a really old TV that barely works, and this would be such a lift for them and their young kids. The whole family would finally be able to enjoy movies, shows, and even learning together on a screen that actually works properly.

It’s not just about a nice upgrade -  it’s about giving them something they could never afford themselves and creating special moments as a family.
