According to the chorus rollout website, im in a business fibre area does that mean I can connect to UFB??? Fibre is there we should be allowed to connect since the cable comes to my front lawn???

You sure can, it may cost several thousand for the install and more than a few hundred per month though.

Probably best to wait for the residential rollout

The Business Fibre area on the  Chorus map is where we can deliver Point-to-Point Symmetrical Business grade services today.

As previous poster has pointed out this comes at a premium price.  When UFB deployment rolls through your area we will be installing GPON equipment which supports the lower cost UFB connections that you might be looking for.
