Is there a limit with NZ isp's for international speed?
If so, what is it?
Currently on 100mb UFB but seems like international connectivity is extremely low?

It's a shared pool of bandwidth of X (what ever ISP buys) that is shared across all users

Is it a dedicated share or a share amongst users on current usage?
Out of interest sakes, what is Vodafone's "X"?

Depends on how the ISP decides to share that pool of X and if the ISP offers a uncapped plan so these users would share a smaller pool of X

Bandwidth requirements change all the time so it's not static

All ISPs have a bandwidth / capacity plan and this needs to be managed so Yes
Capacity planning is going on just about with any business
