this problem only happened to my about 2 days ago, every time i tried to download files via certain websites (netoad.in/pan.baidu) using internet download manager, the downloads would started off normally then completely stopped/cut off after 2~3 seconds : / i tried downloading same files with other programs (JDownlaoder) it didnt work neither. i wonder if those websites or myself are getting blocked by my ISP, any thoughts?

Good to know. Are these downloads via torrent? If that's the case do you have correct port forward configured in your router?

Is this over WiFi? What's the upload speed? Anyone else using the same connection?

nope as i said they should be considered as http download since i own a premium account of netload.in...yes and its through a wireless router.

u mean directly connecting my pc to router through an actually ethernet cable? havent tried that yet, i might give it a go, but i highly doubt it would make much difference tho...

Why do you highly doubt it would make a difference? WiFi is the bottleneck in many connections due to the fact 2.4Ghz wireless is so heavily congested in many places these days it's basically unusable these days.

as i said im only having trouble downloading through certain websites, not all, i still have full speed download from youtube.co.nz
