Mums finally breaking her 1 gig onpeak and 2 gigs offpeak plan that she is on with ihug with regularity, and sooner each month so we wanted to upgrade to a bigger plan.

Now, this plan gets a $10 discount because she uses their overpriced low quality toll service.

So we want to upgrade plans, the new ones are different, and inorder to keep getting the $10 discount they want us to move our homeline to them as well. No grandfathering of the discount at all.

The second thing they will not do is remove interleaving from a connection. At all. No way. Not even if its remove interleaving or lose the account.

Is anyone else comfartable having their homephone with ihug with the impending loop unbundling meaning that it is at the mercy of ihugs equipment and the people driving it?

Anyway, the internet will be moved to xnet at the end of the month, and the cheaper calls they do (without holding us to ransom for a discount) will be appreciated since a $2 or a $2.99 capped call is a substantial saving, especially over 20-30 calls per month.
