first of all i am new to this website and i have questions regarding this 3com ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Router and the model number is = 3CRWDR101A-75.
1. do you think this product supports for VPN? if the answer is No, is there another choice? 2. some one said you can find another location and asked me " What Internet perimeter device is will be used at the other end of the link?" but i don't understand what he is saying? 3 others said " in this 3com VPN pass-thru permits secure connections to remote offices" how?

This router supports VPN PASS-THRU which means you have to have another device create the VPN (like a computer on your LAN) it simply means the router identifies the traffic as encrypted and can forward it on to your VPN client.
This is not the device you want.
the perimeter device used at the other end means, what device is being used at the other location you are trying to create a vpn to, IE. you might buy yourself two LINKSYS routers and have a vpn between the two, they are your perimeter devices.
can I suggest you find out what device the other end is using and buy a similar unit for yourself then you can copy their setup. otherwise check out http://www.pricespy.co.nz/search.php?q=vpn+router&sc=Network_18 (I just searched for vpn router, so some of these may only be vpn pass-thru, check the specs)
