Ok so I have opted in for the $19 flexi. My thing is there a no information about this on the website, but here's the problem. I don't understand this:

In your current bundle you have:
18.54 Flexi Dollars (up to 618 international min and up to 999.21MB) remaining. <--- Does this mean that I have this through out my month both 618 minutes and 999.21mbs remaining?

And what's with this part below???
Up to 0min of call time remaining
0.00MB of NZ Data remaining
Unlimited NZ Texts remaining.

Hi Kiwiprobie, did you ever figure this out? I wondered if you stuck with them and how the service is?

I looked through all the mvno providers today after discovering the new one bluesky. I thought I'd compare all of them. I saw Compass offers plan similar to Telecom's old "Flexi Mytime" plan. Which I liked and had several phones on at once.

Like you I couldn't find any information how Compasses Flexi plan breaks down in terms of data cost and call cost to make up the $19. Presumably the monthly charge of $19 and dividing it up by the maximums - its 3 cents a minute calling and 1.85 cents a MB.

Yes and i have moved away from Compass Mobile cause their customer service sucks.  The quality of MOBILE service is great though.  EXCEPT for you cannot receive and send pix's and when I complained to them so did a few others they wouldn't do anything about it.

Never heard of them, are they new to NZ?

There's not really any information about it.

BlueSky has been around for a fair few months, it runs on Spark and uses the same system as Skinny (You can see this in the web dashboard)

But it is for a niche market.

BlueSky are a big player in Pacific Telecoms. They are in Samoa and the Cooks. They are in the process of selling their Pacific business. You can read about it here.

Compass do have less than stellar service IMHO...

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Yeah I looked into it before, and well that is too expensive compared to NZ telcos.
