Can someone advise me what outgoing port(s) are needed for speedtest.net non-flash test?

All speedtest is over TCP 8080. The main web server is 80 but the Ookla server itself runs on 8080.

I have found the following needs to be open for OUTGOING traffic:

destination = 5060 TCP

destination = 8080 TCP

and possibly destination = 5060 UDP. According to this article it is used but I haven't seen any difference either way while using the non-flash version:

What are the default ports for the Speedtest / Line Quality Test? Can these be configured?
