have smitten my VDSL connection down to 30 / 20.
My sin, for which I am greatly penitent, was to do a lot of playing around with a new router.
How long will it be before their wrath abates?

Took about a month for ddDLM to bring back my VDSL connection sync after I fiddled with it
You'll probably have a huge Interleave depth thats slowing you up
I take it your new Metanoia V5311 VDSL SFP + constant fiddlng with resyncs you are now paying the price
ddDLM thinks your connection has issues

That's exactly what I was doing.
Oddly enough, my latency's have reduced by about 3ms.

So what you are saying is you can get nowhere really fast
You need a hobby while you wait, just to stop you fiddling even more and you having to wait even longer more slowly
Good thing is ddDLM does reward those who are patient
