Hey,

recently signed up for WorldNet after the bigtime plan went down. It's awful :D

We do most of the internet use in the house in peak hours, so changing to one of their limited bandwidth plans isn't a great idea for us.

We probably use around 150 gb per month and currently pay 125 bucks including phone line.

Any deals close to this price?

Cheers fellas.

Hmm, not that I've heard of, that sounds like a good deal to me.
150 GB for $125 (incl. Phone).

As I said that's not what we're on. We pay 125 for WorldNet unlimited.

I'm looking for an ISP which has 150gb anytime bandwidth for as close to 125 as possible although obviously it will be more expensive :)

I think TelstraClear still has an unlimited business plan for $300. Compared to your $125 plan I guess you get $175 more value out of it...

Time to find a new industry!

Mmm this is true although I doubt my housemates will be willing to go that high budget-wise

Good luck with that.

Depending on where you are you can get the TelstraClear 120GB/month plan, for $229 a month on a 25Mbps cable modem service.

That's good value for me...

Give Maxnet a call, they have been known in the past to make custom plans for people wanting > 100GB of data, but you have to specifically ask. I seem to recall someone getting around 150GB for about $170 or so, I cant remember the exact figure.

Of course then you'd have to sort out your own phone services.

Woosh does 100GB + phone line for $184/month. Traffic is shaped during peak hours though, so you have to make sure you use port 80.

Have you tried telecom for a quote on that sort of data, as I beleive they are offering double data on some of their plans? Although I doubt you will get it for that sort of money.

Orcon offer 102gb for $149.95 or 202gb for $229.95. Both ADSL2+, including line rental. Probably the most attractive deals I've seen for that amount of usage.

Are you on Orcon? I'd like to hear what some Orcon customers have to say about their service since I'd rather not change provider again and get stuck with another lemon!

Any Orcon users out there? :)

I'm switching to it within the next week. Got a few friends currently on it who seem happy though.
