Only getting 14meg downstream, odd thing is that yesterday the downstream power was a lot higher than it is now.

SO anyway, is the limitation to 0dB something that they do just temporarily because there may still be customers of idiot ISPs that sold unbundled in the area so to not affect them, or is the reduction in power a permanant thing?
