hi all.

after relocating my  phone jack from one side of the house to the other side. my broadband start playing up. i can connect to the router and its status is online but my computer got limited service which means i cant connect to the internet nor get in to the router's interface.

funny is my iphone with WIFI connected to the router IS actually working???

two of my computers are not working and i have also try using lan cable and having the same issue. not sure how my phone would work as i can clearly see it is using WIFI not 3G....the phone jack i relocated is the sameone i plug my router in yesterday and it was working...

any help will be appreciated! both of my computer are win7..my internet tv also shows no connection after plug in a Lan cable.. so i guess something wrong maybe the Jackpoint i connected...the wire is orange and white pair while orange one on slot 3 and white one on slot 4... follow the same as it was in the old position//

there is no more jack point in the previous place.. this is the previous one. i simply pull out the wires, relocate the jack point, wire the white and orange back to the previous slots... thats it
