I assume you have set your Slingshot username and password in the modem?

when i was using slingshot.com from memory it didn't work, i was told to use slingshot.com the first time i called up. when it didn't work was told to use slingshot.co.nz

To change your username and password in the TG585v7

1: Login to the admin ui at http://192.168.1.254
2: Select Broadband connection > Internet Service > View more
3: Hit “disconnect” button if router is connected.
4: Type in your new username and password for slingshot
5: Hit "connect."
