Knowing what I know about the interested parties, it would surprise me if any of those reviews are legitimate people

nitrotech: Trust HD to put up a page like that - specifically spelling out non-payment is quite unprofessional but par for course for HD

I'm with you on this one tbh.  One thing putting Disconnected for breach of contract but I don't think they needed to put non payment.

But as others have said in this thread. Ben will be Ben.

Dont a couple of large ISP's redirect for non-payment to res users? If anyone is in your house or on your wireless you'd see it, Same thing here really. Depending on the size of the ISP it would guard against The Party telling people to call HD

Most problems are the result of previous solutions...

If you call the party's 0508 number, they're doing just that, suggesting people call HD.

Apparently HD will be disconnecting everyone's connections (ex The Party customers that is) on Monday.
I've already got a chrun in place to Snap for ADSL pending a UFB connection :D

Slingshot do it for their own customers, But I haven't heard of it at network level in regards to ISP's not paying.

That seals the deal then, In my mind it was 50/50 on putting something like that message up but it a client is telling people to call me directly because they cant pay a bill that would push me do place the message

VF do it. I know because they had a billing issue and all my staff thought I didn't pay my bill, was fairly embarrassing especially since I *DID* pay my bill. It's naff.
