More or less answered by Insane.

Not all customers need them - and in some cases don't want them... We "strongly recommend" them.

Not on our ADSL/VDSL services in the short term.

Ahh, bugger, back to the SIXXS tunnel in that case.. will put in a pre-qual request anyway, see how that goes.

Yeah, though it was marginal, only ~20-22mbit plus 4mbit up, i'm holding off for UFB / the new VDSL pricing stuff.

Also I'd be real careful about words like: "unmetered" in your advertising. (That's just me though.)
