As long as the unit is set up for operation above 915 MHz (see the data sheet for the operating freq, 902 - 928 MHz), you'll avoid the Vodafone management right and is set up to work from 915 - 928 MHz then you should be fine.
I'm sure Gowifi will already be on to it and lock the units out.
There is no mention of the specific bands within 900mhz.
Is this getting uncomfortably close to the cellular bands ?.
The is only a single 900MHz channel permitted in NZ for WiFi - 924MHz using a 5Mhz carrier.
Use anything outside of this and you'll be in breach of RSM rules and can face an instant $30k fine.
I also can't recall the max eirp on this band but you'll need to ensure you comply with this as well, but I'm pretty sure the UBNT firmware has the correct settings in this now to ensure regulatory compliance.
I have had confirmation the cabinet will be adsl2 vdsl2 capable. I will begin purchasing building and testing a ubiquiti wireless bridge to feed my location with vdsl when it is provided.
Looks like this will happen on the other side of winter. I will post an update in networking when I get the link running
