You would be wrong then, Briefing today indicates that from March onwards they will be slowing replacing DSLAM's in exchanges in the 5 Main areas, these exchangesstillto be decided as they are looking fro feedback on this, Current existing DSLAM's will be replaced
And if you don't live in one of the five main centres then tough. From the relevent story in today's DomPost:
It will upgrade its exchanges outside the five main centres to ADSL2+ once that equipment reaches the "end of its economic life".
