FWIW I am with Orcon and recently went to their unlimited plan. Hit close to and sometimes over 150GB a month now that we stream all we want. Haven't noticed any differences compared to their 60GB (lol) plan, but never say never...

michaelmurfy: I'd recommend either Snap or Telecom for high usage IMO.

FWIW I was told by the tech at Telecom that they currently have no way of capping you.
So effectively all their plans are unlimited at the moment.
The fair use policy does still apply however.

Not sure how accurate this info is but as said, I was told it by one of their techs.

Naked Unlimited on Slingshot with Slingshot iTalk and 500 minutes calling to anywhere for $90 a month.

Consistent downloads at 1.35Mbps, using from 160GB to 400GB a month. Actually since the 4 year old has been "you tubing" kids safe material we have been averaging probably 300GB a month.

Im on snap VDSL with a bonus 100GB pack = 200GB total

Costing $100 a month

Last month I downloaded 210GB but was only charged for 65GB, because snap are caching 70% of all data I want! crazy! I have no need at all for unlimited

Not to mention that all traffic between 1am and 7am is freeeeee

I doubt I'll go over but if I do they better &^%$ing not throttle me, I specifically chose charge over throttle.

Can a telecom rep confirm or deny please?

That was UFB, and as from a few nights ago this has now been fixed :)
