Just order UFB to his address, make sure they install it to "The Shed" at the very very back of, slightly through fence of property :)

Have beer for the installer if you are asking for something out of the ordinary, or some nice spirits and its amazing what can happen. Friend had half their driveway done and a new crossing put in for a couple of hundred bucks of KFC and booze for the contractors.
