No master filter as far as I'm aware. This is a rental property though, so not sure, there could be.
If the pre-qual says you're good, then you should be good to go. As above, your sync on ADSL is really quite good, so I think you should be fine on VDSL. You'll have to see what the errors do though. The attenuation cutoff is based on the pre-qual (which is not an actual current measure) and it's at frequencies that don't match what your DSL modem shows, so I wouldn't worry about it.
Mine was pretty close to your attenuation on ADSL, and I had lower sync, now I sync at 36\10 (43\10 with tweak) on VDSL. My attenuation jumped slightly (1-2db I think) with the higher frequencies, but nothing major. On your line I'd hope\guess you should see a good 30/10
