Some RBI sites already have 4G on 1800Mhz

Compass and other WISPs wouldnt work out here. Compass guy tested the system ,even installed the gear. Basically on paper "yes". In practice "no.

Ultimate Broadband RBI worked. Between 4-5Mpbs, last night was 8.9Mpbs

VOIP works well also.
