Try 55.0db attenuation and sync rates that flop around 1900-2200. And I was gutted to recently discover that ADSL2+ will do NOTHING for me :(
xlink, getting rid of NAT on the modem and tweaking your NAT settings will probably help your bittorrent downloads. It won't help anything else get any better because your line rate is maxed out.
Hypernova: You have reached the max for ADSL dude. Ain't getting better then that. Mine in comparision is 46 Attenuation ending up with a crappy 3m line that CRC errors a tonne.
Well even tho my rta1320 line rate is 7.6Mb the best I get is 2.6Mb down. I'm not sure how far I am from an exchange or roadside cabinet obviously not next door lol
