Got particular names?

ild have to go hunting again..

i used to use it when i was on a rural line, since moving out, i simply force best quality available...

just decrease the quality a bit, i know it looks terrible but at 480p you can still see it just fine in the small player

Sorry but I was used to at watching YouTube and 1080P at my old house. I can't go down to 480P.

None of those are options. Telecom has full LTE coverage at my house though. I'llsee if I can get a small cap and use the LTE when I really need it.

I guess I'll have to deal with buffering but 3mb/s should help a lot in watching 720P.

There is another option.

You could use a YT downl0ader and then view the files on a smart TV/media player (via thumb drive/network)

No buffering there, you just have to organise the downloads and moving over to thumb drive

This is against YTs terms & conditions, if it bothers you - but is very easy/handy to do

I use this for offline mobile viewing on my commutes & delete them afterwards

you can also select specific resolutions for the files.

Yeah I watch it on my laptop or Nexus.

I leave it to buffer on the laptop and turn HD mode off on my Nexus. The quality gets real bad and yesterday I download a 720P file and realised just how amazing 720P looks on my phone.

Problem is that it took around 20-25 mins to download a 15min vid.

I tend to watch whole series (playlists) so I will DL them ahead of time and view them at my leisure over the week
