If you move provider you could risk losing service if there are port waiters in your area, but the odds of this are slim because you're going through a churn and not a disconnect.
Tandem: So in general the core of the problem is that there are too many areas in NZ with insufficient number of ports.
What is the main cause of this and what needs to happen for this to change?
I keep hearing about all the money being spend on broadband yet in too many places people can't even get internet access.
What is going on?
