Looking back at the history... after service box repair on the 11th the download sync rate increased... 20Mbps > 35 Mbps down (near original install levels) with 10Mbps up (no change).

There were a number of line resets on the 13th, 15th, 16th and 17th which was probably the 998 switch.

That's when the download rate increased above original install levels and download rate decreased: 35 Mbps > 49Mbps down and 10Mbps > 8.5Mbps up.

Possibly the 998 switch was done prior to 11th and only took affect after the power outage.

15th is when 998 switches started popping up. DLM settling in.
