ripdog: Just pray you don't have to call the Orcon helpdesk - they're based in Manila and their job is to deal with very simple issues. Anything else, and they simply serve to waste your time before moving you up to tier2 support.

This is one of the things I dislike about Telecom, so the thought of switching to have the same is unappealing.  Support isn't my primary concern, but, when all else is equal, it's nice to get decent assistance.

Sounddude: let me know if you have any Orcon questions, happy to help.

SCM: Personally I'd go with Snap but I am biased that way.


I'd say the same about Vodafone :P
