Hi, well your problem is clear, you using cat6 not cat6a :)

Seriously though, have you not thought that the school is not paying enough for 10G, hence they only get 100Mb/s

Which sounds like Pt Chev as well.  Guess this will be the last of the roll out as it's supposed to be finished end of 2019??
