It has nothing to do with LLU. It is the nature of xDSL. Urban areas have shorter average cable runs.
I know. My comment was meant to show that ISPs that do have LLU will naturally concentrate sales and marketing etc on those urban LLU areas, because they make higher margins there.
Because we don't have LLU, we don't have that incentive to concentrate on urban areas, so our mix of rural/urban is likely less urban skewed than the LLU providers... and yet we still out performed them.
