adamj: I'f your gonna do a live webcam you might as well just host the site yourself


There is alot of software out there that will take a pic every 30 / xx seconds and upload it to a webserver via ftp. This is usually much more cost effective for just one stream or set of data going up your internet connection and relaying it via your website.

Give this folk a call www.evanta.co.nz their plan starts from $7.95 a month. I'm undergoing my family website develop by them using Javascript/MySQL/PHP integration ... My knowledge of PHP isn't quite up to scratch yet.
