Hi Richard, what do you meant by trying all the line cables on all phones? I have used the blue-white and white-blue wires of a Cat5e cable. Have tried these in the '5' / '2' poisitons of the jack, as well as the '4' / '1' and '6' / '3'

SOLVED!

I contacted Vodafone this morning who have since sent Chorus out to the exchange. It appears that is where the issue was and we now have our line back!

Thanks for all the replies to this post!
